Stainless Steel Preparation Benches
We construct fully welded wall benches and centre tables to clients instruction whether you want one, two or 3 under shelves or even a chefs drawer for utensils. We can attach adjustable feet or castors with brakes. Wall benches have up stands at rear and sides to prevent food debris falling down the back of the table.
Centre tables have no up stands but can have chefs drawer and castors as well as adjustable feet. These tables are made to measure for the centre of the kitchen and can be placed back to back for extra work space. The tops are made from high grade 16 gauge 304 stainless steel dull polished finish while the under shelves are made from 20gauge 304 stainless steel and the frame is fully welded stainless steel 30x30mm box section we can even install wood bonding for noise reduction.
Stainless Steel Sink Units
Sinks come in all shapes and sizes – single, double and even treble bowl units, drainers to right, left or centre. We can even install an inset wash hand basin. Sink bowls can be standard size or we can make them suit your operation. Also the all important pre wash sink units for dishwashers can be provided. Most sinks have a stainless steel frame and an under shelf for chemicals and cleaning products.
Stainless Steel Shelving and Gantries
Wall shelves are all made to suit the situation, single double and sometimes triple can all be provided. We sell a lot of shelving with heat lights for over tables and hot cupboards. These shelves can be added to existing tables and bain marie hot cupboards. All shelving can be supplied with st/steel brackets with screw holes ready to mount or we can have them fitted for you at your convenience.
Hot Cupboards & Bain Maries
These are ready available from us in various sizes with gantries, gastronorm cut outs, square pots, round pots and every other configuration you can think of. An odd time you will need a bespoke hot cupboard or bain marie and thats when we can design and manufacture to suit your needs.
